A friend of mine has approached me with this problem and to be honest I don't know the answer either so I thought I would turn to you guys <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Basically she wants this to happen:

Sofar the SQL statement sorts out jobs that are 60 days old.

there is also a jmail in a repeat region that once called send an email to admin stating such and such vacancy is 60 days old.

Now here is where the problem lies because all that is recieved is just one email with the first record that is 60 days old even if there are 20 records meeting the criterior.

How can we get all the records that are 60 days old emailed to admin and not just the first record?

Also is there anyway to stop being emailed everyday once the SQL statement reaches 60 days?
