Need help defining a term so I can search for help on the subject. Here's the application:
Building a daily report that list --date-- time-- location etc each time an employee opens one of several secure doors at our facility. I want the report to give me all entries for employee 1 and then 2 and then 3 etc. I hope I don't have to create a record set for each employee since there are 35 employees. What would this function be called?

You want to use the Repeat Region Behaviour that will repeat your recordset.
