Hi all,have been using templates to make my page layout, but after making small changes to my nav bar i had to upload lots of files, so i've been looking at SSI. Can these be used to include Nav Bars with roll over images from fireworks. Its the same bar on every page with script in the head and images in the body. I've been using them to include footer text and dates, work great but can't work out how to use for a nav bar, any tutorials anywere ?
Any Help would be great thanks

Is your nav bar Horizontal or Vertical?

The nav bar is horizontal along the top of the page.

Easily done.
Create your fireworks doc as normal and then trim the canvas down to size.
For example's sake your fireworks nav_bar will be a file called mymenu.html (set page properties to left & top margins "0"
Make a file called mymenu.asp (again set borders to "0"
and insert your fireworks document into it. Now save it.
To include the file, it's just like you'd do it for a header or footer.
<!-- #include file="mymenu.asp" -->
I did it in DWMX and got some errors at first, removed META tags from the include file, and removed the <%LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT... line and it worked.
very basic example is at www.webworldfx.net/includes/
