I'm trying to set up my own referral-programme and award the webmasters that have subscribed to this programme, who send most traffic to my site. I'm not quite sure how to do this, maybe only have an idea about the framework.

My plan is to create a page where all referred visitors are sent to, to collect the information like the referring site ID and IP-adress. I've created a table in Access with these two fields (and of course beside these two others, but they're not relevant to my question). The site ID is set in Access as a replication ID and IP-adress as a text field.

Now I have the following question:
How should the ASP (VBscript) look like to collect the variables? In other words, how can I collect e.g. the IP address in an Access field. How should the querystrings look like. B.t.w. other concepts are always welcome.

I would really appreciate any help on this one!
