I have my own personal web site and I want to offer chat capability so remote family members can chat online. Other than purchasing expernsive third-party chat software or Marcomedia's new Flash component, is there anything in UltraDev or its extensions that will perform chat functionality?

Don't know about doing this with UD but there are loads of free chat add-ons for websites out there, try www.bravenet.com
