localhost/busproject/results2.asp?+routes=145&Submit=Submit

my sql tests fine, but when I try to pull it up in the browser, it doesn't work. when i remove the plus sign, it works. any ideas why this is happening? i did a find on plus signs in the code, but everthing seemed to be in order.
