WS_FTP or Cute FTP are both pretty good, you can download a copy from www.cnet.com, some versions of WS_FTP are free.

Dreamweaver 4 has a built-in FTP program that works pretty good if the site isn't too large...

The DW FTP client is shit. I personally use FlashFXP, it's the best one i've ever used.

I had problems with the FTP function in DW4/UD4, very slow. Seems they've fixed it and it works quite well in DWMX.

What a shame they seem to have screwed up the Library Items feature, which now takes a good long coffee break to update all the pages in a larg(ish) site using a library item.
