My SQL connection error??

When I click 'Select Database' in 'My SQL Connection' I get a 550 error _mmServerScripts: Access is denied??Please help what is going wrong??
I am using DreamWeaver on my Mac and connecting to a local PC over TCP/IP which is running XP Professional IIS V5.1 and MySQL 3.23.52-nt.
