Q1.
Is it possible to format the font/background inside of "textfield", "list/menu" etc in the form. Can anyone pls recommend any site/tutorial?.

Q2.

I have few radiobuttons in my form with the same value, when clicked, values get inserted into the database. However there's one radiobutton with "Others" where user has to specify "What" in a textfield. How can I insert the value from textfield when "Others" is selected.

you can do this using CSS stylesheets. You need to create CSS classes in a sheet and then apply the class to the form element.
