Is there a simple way or piece of code, or extension I can add to a web page to allow the visitor to click on it and download an mpg file, I have tried believe me I have tried to do it as the Dreamweaver book tells me to.......but with no success. Is this what Advanced Open Window does, and is it easy to do. Is it as simple as opening up the prog inserting the name of my MPG hols.mpg for example and that is it, or is there a bit more to it than that........any help or answers would be much appreciated.....Thanks in advance. you can try adding a 'file://' prefix to the link. but it sounds like your link is not working properly. what error does it give you?
