Can someone help me I am looking for a way of users clicking on a button or text link to download .jpg and .pdf files of docs stored on my server.

i.e the "Save Target As..." off the right click menu but as a standard single left click. and not displaying them in the browser window.

THis is most likly simple but it's driving me mad.
