I've put up a very simple website for an architectural firm to post new info and projects for its clients. It has 2 problem (at least) :
1. It loads slowly. I've minimised any grahics.
2.I'm using streaming video. People using different broswers have different difficulties! I edit in Premiere and use Cleaner to create WMF video then upload it to the server.
Could someone take a look at it and advise me? How can I speed it up and fix the streaming video to be reliable?

Can't give you any help with streaming video but you could optimise the graphics far more, the three jpegs on the home page are all 11Kb or more I would expect a 130 x 100 pixel to be in the regeon of 3 to 6 Kb depending on the quality setting.

I watched them on an ADSL 576kb connection and your videos ran smooth as a whistle for me.
Streaming video is a complex world, relying on the end user to have a decent processor, graphics card, and internet connection. Any of these 3 not up to stratch and the viewer is gonna have a problem.
One way is to look at different methods of producing the video. Maybe a Multi-Streaming cast to allow for different connection bandwidth?
they played good for me tho <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Streamed fine for me but I have DSL. I like the multiple connection speed choices. Thats what BMW offers on their site.
