Ok after some detective work I find that if I use a DW standard submit button when I return to the form from a missing field error form the data in the fields is still there. IF I use a flash button created in DW when I return to the form it's blank.

Clearly a missing peramter but what?

Can someone help

Yes the flash button works ok sends the message, rejects if not filled in correctly and displays my custom thankyou page. It's just that if a field on the form is missed out so the error page is displayed when you return to the form it's lost all it's entrys.
