For Streaming video what plug-in will make it possible for video to be seen by Netscape and Internet Explorer?

I'm using "Videoembed" by Massimo Foti and upon examining the info on this Extension it works for IE only!

I'm trying to make streaming video work for any of my clients (a few visitors) and I'm having an aweful time of it!

I'm creating .wmf files that are encoded from Premiere by Cleaner. I get a 1 to 1.5 mb .wmf file which streams ok for some but not others on
Internet Explorer and not well on Nescape!
