Please excuse me if this is not the correct forum for this question.
When using AOW.3 to create pop ups - how do I get rid of the part of the title in the new window that says -- Web Page Dialog?
eg: My Web Page -- Web Page Dialog

Well unfortunately when you select the popup to be Always on Top - IE automatically add this to the title...

So nothing to do about it - or you should switch off the Always on Top option
