anyway to have something grab email via pop3 and send it into a database?if so let me know.. i know i can replace the email with a form.. but the email has been established for a while, and im just now doing hte database..

I don't think it's possible because the POP3 protocol and databases' architecture rely on a totally different architecture. Why not try to keep both options open for a while until everyone knows there's a form on your site for communication purposes. Maybe it's an idea, if you have a mailing list, to notify people about this.
