I love Dreamweaver MX. But when I use CSS, and I assign page elements to a class (such as a textbox), it changes the way the textbox appears in the Design View. The weird thing is, it usually moves the elements OVER TOP of text that may be near it - so it makes it hard to design and modify text.

Does anyone know if I can "TURN OFF" the rendering of CSS in the Design View window?

Thanks for any tips.

I'm still no DWMX guru, I need more training for that, but have you tried the new option for Design Time Style Sheets ?

Text > CSS Styles > Design Time Style Sheets

There's a technote that mentions this, looks much more complicated then the UDev stylesheets:
www.macromedia.com/support/dreamweaver/ts/documents/cssmx.htm

Hope that helps.
