Dreamweaver MX / ASP / Access 2002

I have a site where visitors can post articles. I want to show about 100 records only. In the database I have a field with default value Now() so when someone ads an article the date is inserted in the database. What I need is some code that automaticaly deletes the records when the database exceeds the number of 100 and, of course, the oldest records have to be deleted first. I think you get the idea.
