I'm playing around with the floating frame extension. Please look at this link

As you can see, I would like to have the iframe inside the bordered box on top. How do I have to do that?

you are almost there allready, you just need to break up the top box image.
just make it so you have three thin images of white lines, two vertical which you should place on each side of the iframe and the horizontal would be above that, you can do it with a table if you want...
Top table row holds the horizental bar, the row underneath displays a vertical bar then the iframe and another vertical bar, the next row holds the rest of your page, and remove the black text please, it breaks your layout.
