extention manager 1.5

Anyone know of any known issues with regard to the lastest extention manager (VER 1.5). I installed this manger last night and now when I try to import old extentions or load new extentions, the error message say I need UltraDev ver 4.0 or higher which is what I am running.Wm. Kent Steelman
