I am trying to connect to a SQL database using PHP with the Phakt extension but I keep getting an error ( unidentified error occured)

I can make the connection using ASP but not with PHP/Phakt.

I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm entering the same info.

Any help is greatly appreciated
