I have created a page using MFX slide menu extension, works fine on machine at work on Company intranet. If I try to use on my home PC web server it does not display menu. If I just open the page as a standard htm page (ie not via the server) the menu is visible. Presumably some configuration required for my web server (Windows 2000 IIS) but I cannot see what.

Any suggestions?
