Dear Davrus,
With IIS (Windows), you have to be the Administrator to setup the 404 redirect - I'll assume you are not the admin:

1. Create a 404 page (can be called anything) - tips here:

msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dncodecorn/html/corner033099.asp

2. Contact your hoster & give them the absolute path to your file & ask them to set it up.

Hi Davrus,

if you're sitting on the server, more-or-less, and you really want to overwrite the installed 404's (not recommended), then you'll find them in the path below. Change the drive letter according to where inetpub is installed.
