Is their an easy way to create video streaming with dreamweaver mx ?
is their any tutorial for a beginer to show how to insert video into an html page and pulish it to the web and view it as a stream..

If you want streaming video then your gonna need a streaming server.
Quicktime offer one, and Real networks etc.. but depending on the type of media your using it's a little different for them all.

Macromedia Support should offer some tutorials on this, check their webby out.
