Help Pleeeease! I am new to MAC and also just got MX - dreamweaver that is... I have used 4.0 for years on PC and no problems - but I am almost ready to send this back for the 8th time in 2 1/2 days!
I am not sure how to set up this loacl stuff so that I can see my webpages in IE and the links - to check them and make sure they work - I can only get 1 page at a time - the page i am working on at the moment. I tried randomly tweaking various settings and goofed things up even worse and to the best of my knowledge - I got them back to dfault as much as i could - I never had to screw around with any of this in 4.0 and also - the book is garbage re: this issues and also the hlep info list whevere I accidentally found it too --- and NO - I have built many sites and some very nice ones too for never formally learning this stuff - but this MX is pissing me off ---please help - I am trying to get a new website up for my business for the 2003 year..... I am very frustrated - I have been workinf around the clock to get this stuff working - i do not feel it is as user friendly as 4.0 was and that was on a PC too - which with Windows should have been a nightmare!!! If there was a good yet easier and less frsutrating web software package out there I am starting to feel that I would switch in a heartbeat! Ready to send back tomorrow Morning!!!!!!!






Also - how do I change my password on this site??? I tired and got error pages....
