I have the extension "Pure ASP Upload" but when I try to use it I get the following error:
"Please create a form with file upload field before using this server behaviour"
I have a form, but i have no idea what this file upload field is.
Can Anyone help?

Have you looked at the tutorials that come with the extension? You will find them under the Help button in the UI.

Also look at the online tutorials:

You just simply need to include a file field somewhere in your form, in DWMX, select a file field from insert-->form objects-->file field.

It sounds like you have just been using a textbox or something.

Also ensure that you have configured and added an insert record behaviour prior to using Pure ASP Upload on the page.
