Hi All,

I'm wondering what the default permissions should be on the server for my webs?

The server is IIS5/Windows 2000 - and the root web can be connected to with Frontpage or DWMX...I only use MX, but I might have to create FP webs for people in the future, so the permissions need to meet both needs...

Anyway, I had to tweak the NTFS permissions to be able to save files to the web with MX, and I hope I didn't mess things up. Is there a way to "reset" the permissions? Currently I'm connecting to the root web via a hidden share with DWMX.

What differences between IIS and NTFS permissions to I need to be aware of?
