I just got a new computer with XP. I am trying to install UD4 but when I get to name, organization and serial number <next> does not come up, it stays faded and unavailable to click. The disk says for 95,98,nt4, and 2000. is that the problem? I would figure it would still work. Anyone know what to do or encountered this problem themselves?

Please verify that you typed in the serial number properly, when you type it in there should appear a green checkmark and then you can continue.

It doesn't work. I Have tried it sevral times. Basically install sheild starts, I agree to the contract the I come to serialization I put my name/company and the serial number but the next does not change.

sorry I must have been doing something wrong because now it works. I tried typing the serial many times I couldt have screwed up everytime. Anyway thanks for help
