CSS change space after a paragraph

i've looked through every text format i can find in CSS settings and cannot find one to change the space after a paragraph. default seems to be double spacing and i want to make it smaller.
how do i do this??

What I normally do is use the normal text setting for this and leave the paragraph as 2 spaces. (set the font type, size etc. against the body tag)
This is not the exact answer you were after but I think the paragraph setting is a default browser rule. (check this though)
