Hi, how do I make part of a rollover-image unclickable with image-maps? also Can I make a gif's transparancy unclickable?

Example: If I have a square image with a round button on it and I want to be able to click only on the round button and have the button change appearance when I click it.

Any help or links to tutorials is appreciated!
