Sorry if this is not the correct forum to post in but can you answer this question for me?

I want to create an ftp server for my office (architecture firm) because we have large drawing files that sometimes are time consuming for us to e-mail out and some consultants e-mail servers can only download up to a certain size file (ex: 2mb). What i'd like to do is create an ftp server where all we have to do is e-mail the link to the file/folders and have them download it from there...less time spent on our side. If anyone knows of a good ftp program that is pretty secure please let me know what you are using or what you would recommend. I am looking for a program that you can set security levels or passwords to specific folders if possible.

Thanks in advance!

Dear Rob,
The security is directly related to the person administering the box - I'm guessing you're asking about Windows FTP servers - the most popular being:
