Is there menu builder in DMX?

Not one that should be bought as extra to DMX of course, but free, maybe built in in DMX. I didn't find any.

Yes, there is a menu builder in DWMX.
DW calls them popup menus, and you should be able to find it in the help files.
The resulting menu works in IE, Netscape and Opera, but it requires a rather large amount of JavaScript loaded with your page (something like 30Kb).
