Hello

I've recently created an email newsletter using DWMX and the anchor links don't seem to be working when I email.

They work fine as a webpage (www.careerinnovations.com.au/assets/newsletters_icf/ICFA%20Sydney%20Chapter%20-%20January%20Newsletter.htm) however, when I send a test email they don't and instead open up some strange window from my desk top.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Hi

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean?

The anchor links are: #1. and #2.

Hi again

I'm getting desperate with this one, the january newsletter is almost too late.. argh!!

OK, re. the anchor links, I've set them up exactly as you do with a normal website and they work fine, does anyone know why they're not working once they're sent as an email in MS Outlook?

I actually just came across and solved this issue myself... it is actually really simple.

Set the targets for your anchor jump links to "_self" like this:

<a href="#top" target="_self">LINK</a>
