I have created a form to collect some information to be inserted into a SQL database. I want to be able to represent some of the selections using the repeat region behaviour, and create a separate record for each option selected. I am aware that I can use a list menu, but that does not create a separate record...it instead concatinates all the selections into one field.

Please help.
