have worked with dreamweaver's 3-MX. Recently upgraded to WIndows XP from 98 and migrated to a new computer. Since installing MX I get an extra space in the table command for cell border causing tables to explode in netscape/ This is easy enough to fix by hand. However, a new more troubling problem has begun. DW prompts me with constant messages about items not being in the root folder, although I can clearly see that they are. This causes malfunctions when uploaded despite working fine in preview mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Replies

I have the same MX XP problem.
So when I create a new page I start with inserting a table with cell padding and cell spacing set to 0. The next table you insert has cell padding and spacing set to 0 automatic. I works for me
