When I create a new table inside of a table, it ends up in the middle (half way down the page) of the cell instead of at the top. How can I make it at the top? (this doesn't happen all the time) The same thing is true about text in the table cell. Using Mac MX.

Select the table inside the main table and go to the proporties, change the HORIZONTAL to LEFT and VERTICAL to TOP or to whatever you are trying to achieve.
