Hello! I have a site with a navigation bar already made and roll overs complete. But when I roll over I want each button in the naviagation bar to have a drop down menu, preferably html style, the text is crisp. I don't want to use images.
I know you can do this in Fireworks is there a way to bring a already made DW HTML page into FW to add a drop down menu without messing up my layout?

Have you looked at the Layer Genie extension here at dmxzone? It will let you create cascading dropdown menus with layers and cool transition effects.

In DMX you can use the dropdownmenu.
Go to behaviors and select dropdownmenu.
