Multiple image pop up's work fine in preview but when uploaded on to web the top of the page displays part of the java code, then a blank space and page needs to be scrolled up to view. What's wrong?

Check if there are some .js files that you have to upload. Some extensions create sriptfiles and folders, they are present on your local machine but you need them also on the web server.
