Ok, Previously I used a copy of Dreamwaver 3, and I now just upgraded to MX. I have parts of my page up, but unfortunatly my had drive crashed, and my latest back up is a bit out of date, so I wan't to take the HTML from my uploaded page and paste it into dreamweaver. The problem is I cannot find where to insert/edit the page HTML manualy.

You can do several things.

1. Use Notepad (or similar): new document, paste code, save, rename extension to .html

2. In Dreamweaver look for the icon at the top of document window that looks like this: <> (toggle view mode to html)

3. In Dreamweaver click view (top document window) and click Code (same effect as 2)

Good luck!
