I'm no expert, but it doesn't look like ezekial has been built with actual frames. If it was then i'm sure that the same thing can be done a simpler way. I know that it is possible to visit every single page in the site and the URL will never change. I can't remember exacly what this is called, but it is a form of branding. If you notice that when you hover over the links, each page is called something different (obviously right) but the URL never changes. I think that what is happening is that you get the index file that has a redirect on it but they have also attached a script or code that doesn't let the URL change.
This is now going to bother me a little. I'm going to check this out and get back to you.
I hope that i help in some way

You can use a 2 frames page. Use a 1pixel top frame and mainframe. Load every page into the main frame. This way yiur url stays the same.

Thank you Bio-- I had forgotten about using a 1 pixel top frame to keep the URL the same.
