How can i have a picture auto resize to a set size in a frame.

Ie a frame would be 300*300 but my picture is 640*480, i would like the picture to resize within the boundarys of the frame.

If some could just put a bit of scripting on how its done ill figure the rest out.

I`m after the effect that windows uses when you filmstrip pictures in your Explore your computer. Can it be done ..
