I had make a frameset with left.htm, main.htm and top.htm include in a letterbox and frameset index.htm.
So in IExplorer I get a perfect view in Netscape 6 too, but in netscape 4.7 I get problem with the position from the top frame.
My test-adress is www.heikebehr.de/neu
Maybe someone gives me advice

I'm afraid it is just not possible to get 'pixel perfect' alignment using frames in all browsers.

Thank you very much, I was afraid of this answer, but normally it is not my idea to build such web, but customer wants to have framesets.
But by the way I remember that I wrote you one year ago a mail about your useful and perfect extensions. And now I´m glad to see you as one developer on this useful website.

Thanks a lot.

Heinz
