I'm trying to create a new server behaviour for Dreamweaver MX. I've sussed most of it. However when I try to have one of the parameters supplied by an <b>Editable Recordset Field Menu</b>, I get this error message when I try to use the behaviour:

<b>Error with 'EditableRecordsFieldMenu' control: unable to locate required 'RecordsetMenu' control</b>

It seems that <b>Recordset Menu</b> will work, but the following will not:

Editable Recordset Menu
Recordset Field Menu
Editable Recordset Field Menu
Recordset Fields ordered list.

All of them give me a similar error message to the one above when I try to use the newly created behaviour.

Am I missing something?
