Hi all,I've treid to make a simple login page (something I've had no problems making with UD4 in the past) but when I enter the username and password and click to login, i get the following error:
Warning: open(/tmp\sess_346fa10f130488d13eb8a4992a869ac0, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in C:\httpd\HTDOCS\sureterm\control.php on line 14

Warning: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0
I've got no idea what the problem is!
Can anyone help?

This is being caused by an incorrectly configured copy of PHP on a Window machine.
Open your PHP.ini and find the session.save_path setting. Now change this from the default /tmp value to your Windows Temporary directory (usually C:\Temp or C:\Windows\Temp), and save the file.
This configuration step is covered in the installation instructions for PHP, and it is vital that you follow these instructions precisely.

Hi,
Thanks for that!
However, I'm still having problems - when the user logs in all I get is "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" when they click on the log-in button.
I've noticed that if I make any page restricted access, I also get the same error message - despite the page being there!
Has anyone got any ideas about this?
Thanks in advance. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
