I am new to all this so my question is this and excuse me as some of you will probably find this stupid, say I had a form or zip file that I wanted people to download from my site, how do I do it. So that if someone clicks on a link or button for the file, the dialouge box pops up asking if you want to save the file ect..

Please help anyone.

All you need to do is create a link to the item, and that should be enough to allow the individual to download it...

I would type "download file" highlight it then at the bottom where your property inspector is click the little folder next to the "link" input box and choose the file that you want them to download....don't forget to put the file on your server too!
