connecting databases...need help

For some strange reason i get "HTTP error code 405 Method not allowed" does anyone know why. I sure, it's stopping my project from taking off...thanx.

now all i get is "an unidentified error has occured"...now what, i did everything that document told me...and i still have problems..my server is working, mysql is up and running, so whats the deal...i don't understand why this is freaking out...

Sorry if i seem all disgruntled, i've been working weeks to get this working.

I had that exact problem. I received the 405 error, followed the instructions from that URL and received the unidentified error. So I went back and re-installed Dreamweaver assuming the URL was the cause of the unidentified error. I think the reason why you're getting that message is because your web server doesn't support SQL Server or OLE DB connectivity. Ask your web server administrator.
