Is It possible to filter a recordset by values of the "add to cart via link" ?

I have created a table in my access database that holds the available colors for each product. After clicking add to cart users being send to the cart page were the (as you might know), can enter the quantity etc.. On that same page I want the recordset that holds the colors for each product filterd out a by a unique value from the add to cart link.

Does anybody know how to do this?
