I was almost finished...when i go from the admincatalog to the adminedit.php and click UPDATE RECORD I get "Table 'album' is read only"

is this a priveleges issue?
do i have to set the recordstorephp db so that is read and write?
anybody do this tutorial?
any ideas what i did wrong?
