All the developers at my firm have been using Coldfusion studio for the past few years. We are interested in using Dreamweaver MX to take advantage of some of the new features. So far I haven’t been able to find two key features that we must have to make the switch.
1) The Expression Builder
in cf studio, you can right click on a document and choose ‘insert expression’ and browse through the expression builder. This is very similar to the ‘Tag chooser’ option that is available via a right click in both dreamweaver mx and cf studio. Dreamweaver does offer function insight, once you have typed out the function name, but I have found no functionality similar to the cf studio expression builder.

2) Snippet Shortcuts
I know how to create and edit snippets in Dreamweaver, but I haven’t found a way to assign shortcut keys to snippets like you can using the ‘snippet shortcuts’ tab in cf studio.

Please let me know if either of these two features exist in dreamweaver, and how to use them if they do.
