hello,I am new to web design (3D max is more my thing) however I am looking to
develop a current opportunities section to my website. I have the
dreamweaver recordstore PHP tutorial and have been working through it.
main prob... well I am lost when I try to connect to the tutorial's mySQL
database. I dont know the user name and password. This brought to my
attention that I cannot seem to set usernames and passwords... how do I do
this in mySQL??? I get all confussed about comand lines etc where you enter
them etc...
can anyone give me guidance on this?
thanks in advance.

HI
The best thing you can do is download and install SQLyog. It is a free download from www.webyog.com.
There are full instructions on how to administer databases and it provides a full GUI to interact with your database.
Hope this helps, any problems contact me
